Client Login

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your booking, please enter the Booking Reference Number and your last name.
Apartment Assignments
Please assign your guests to their apartments. Nominate their names to each apartment.

You have nominated multiple apartments; please note that the arrival/departure dates and payment details must be the same for all apartments. If these details are different, please consider separate bookings.

Wifi & Internet

Login using the credentials provided to you at checkin or on your late arrival letter (if you arrived after hours):

Network name: e.g. maison105
Password: e.g. 87654321 (see your arrival letter)

If you are experiencing problems accessing your web site, please try www.abc.net.au and try loggin to the wifi. Sometimes https sites can be a problem.

Each room has a maximum bandwidth of 10Mb/s and unlimited data. If you find the speed has decreased, please try reducing the number devices streaming music/video. If you are using the Internet during the peak period between 7-11pm you may also notice the speed has reduced due to heavy use. Unfortunately this is out of our control.
