DAMAGES
Any damages caused to the apartment or its contents during your stay will be charged to the credit card provided on check-in. Having signed our registration form authorises such charges to be made against the card. You are responsible for any damages caused to the unit by you or a guest/s staying with you or visiting you.
INSECTS & ANTS
Insects are part of sub-tropical Queensland and therefore we advise that you avoid leaving any food out on benches. A personal insect repellent may protect from mosquitoes and sand flies after dusk.
LOST & FOUND
All items found within Maison Noosa will be delivered to reception. Please contact reception by dialling ‘9’ for enquiries and assistance.
MAINTENANCE
Every effort is made to ensure your apartment’s appliances and fittings are in good working order prior to your arrival. If you discover any faulty equipment that may have been overlooked please contact reception by dialling ‘9’ so we may replace or arrange for the repair or replacement of these items.
NOISE
Maison Noosa offers a relaxed holiday atmosphere for families, couples and groups. We ask all guests to be mindful of the impact of noise on other guest’s experience. For noise issues after hours please dial 9 and connect to the building manager. We thank you for being considerate of others.
SMOKING
Maison Noosa would like to thank you for not smoking as we are a totally non-smoking resort. Whilst we respect your right to smoke, smoking is prohibited in the interests of all guests within the resort. Additional cleaning charges will apply for non-compliance of this request.
VALUABLES
We cannot accept responsibility for money or valuables left in your room or vehicle. Ensure your room and vehicle is kept locked at all times. Please make use of the safe provided in your apartment and call reception on ‘9’ if you have any problems with your safe.
VISITORS
Guests are welcome to invite visitors to the resort within the guidelines of the ‘Booking and Occupancy Policy’ in this compendium. Please check with reception in relation to parking facilities as unauthorised vehicles risk being towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
