Client Login
Please enter your Client Log-in user name and password for access to the Special Client Booking Facility.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your booking, please enter the Booking Reference Number and your last name.
Apartment Assignments
Please assign your guests to their apartments. Nominate their names to each apartment.

You have nominated multiple apartments; please note that the arrival/departure dates and payment details must be the same for all apartments. If these details are different, please consider separate bookings.

Housekeeping

A daily service is part of the experience at Maison. Your apartment will receive a daily bath towel change (please leave the towels you want replaced on the bathroom floor), beds made and rubbish removed. 

Additional cleaning is an optional chargable service.

Should you prefer your service to be done at a speciific time of day, please contract our friendly reception team by dialing 9 on the unit phone.

Stays of seven nights or more will receive a mid-stay service on the fourth night.

If you do not wish to be disturbed by housekeeping, please contact Reception (dial 9) and please turn the privacy lock on your main door. If housekeepering is unable to enter your unit, they will leave a note with fresh supplies outside the front door.
