Client Login
Please enter your Client Log-in user name and password for access to the Special Client Booking Facility.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your booking, please enter the Booking Reference Number and your last name.
Apartment Assignments
Please assign your guests to their apartments. Nominate their names to each apartment.

You have nominated multiple apartments; please note that the arrival/departure dates and payment details must be the same for all apartments. If these details are different, please consider separate bookings.

Fire Procedue

The unit alarm will sound for a maximum of 3 minutes before the fire brigade is notified.

If the smoke detectors alarm sounds as a result of burning toast or cooking, please use something to fan the smoke away from the detector and open a balcony door to clear the air (do not open your front door). 

In the event of a false alarm please dial 9 to notify reception or the duty manager. 

If there is a fire, please leave your unit as quickly and calmly as possible (please refer to evacuation plan on the inside of your main door).
